ANGEL POLICY

At Lesia Zgharda Design, we understand that you may want to use our products for your commercial creations, but we have certain restrictions in place to safeguard our art and intellectual property. Here is our Angel Policy:

 

Lesia Zgharda Stamps designs are protected under international copyright laws and treaties.
 

Our images cannot be used for logos, trademarks, or promotional materials.
 

Copying or renting our products is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes. Our products are for personal use only.
 

You may sell stamped and die-cut artwork if you adhere to the following guidelines:
 

Lesia Zgharda Stamps designs can only be used to create original works. You cannot stamp, die-cut, or reproduce our designs for the purpose of resale or reuse by a third party.
All stamped art must be hand-stamped individually and cannot be copied using any means other than hand-stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc. This also applies to any die-cut images.
 

Lesia Zgharda Stamps trademarks and copyrights must be displayed wherever applicable.
Those selling stamped and die-cut art assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Lesia Zgharda Stamps and its artists from any disputes arising from their work.
 

Lesia Zgharda Design may update these policies at any time.
 

We reserve the right to deny the use of Lesia Zgharda Design products in creations for resale.
